The Unemployment Law Project represents workers denied unemployment insurance in administrative hearings and appeals.

Students interview clients, represent claimants at administrative hearings (Rule 9 is not required), and draft appeals. This is a fabulous opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, draft appeal documents, and actually represent clients in administrative hearings (which are usually telephonic).

Positions are open year round for 1L, 2L, and 3L students. Visit www.unemploymentlawproject.org for more information.

To apply, send your resume to John Tirpak at jtirpak@ulproject.org.
