The Unemployment Law Project represents workers denied unemployment insurance in administrative hearings and appeals.
Students may work from 4 to 40 hours per week. Duties include client intake interviews, administrative hearing representation (Rule 9 not required), administrative appeals, Superior Court appeals, and policy research.
